Copyright of the published articles will be transferred to the journal as the publisher of the manuscripts, with the work simultaneously licensed under a Creative Commons Attribution-NonCommercial-ShareAlike 4.0 International License (CC BY-NC-SA 4.0) that allows others to share the work with an acknowledgement of the work's authorship and initial publication in this journal as long as it is not for commercial purposes.

Authors are able to enter into separate, additional contractual arrangements for the non-exclusive distribution of the journal's published version of the work (e.g., post it to an institutional repository or publish it in a book) without commercial purpose, with an acknowledgement of its initial publication in this journal.

  1. Termination

This agreement can be terminated by the author or upon two months’ notice where the other party has materially breached this agreement and failed to remedy such breach within a month of being given the terminating party’s notice requesting such breach to be remedied. No breach or violation of this agreement will cause this agreement or any license granted in it to terminate automatically or affect the definition of COMTE: Journal of Sociology Research and Education

  1. Royalties

This agreement entitles the author to no royalties or other fees. To such extent as legally permissible, the author waives his or her right to collect royalties relative to the article in respect of any use of the article by or its sub-licensee.

The names and email addresses entered in this journal site will be used exclusively for the stated purposes of this journal and will not be made available for any other purpose or to any other party.

However, due to the advancement and availability of hacking and data mining techniques found over the Internet, Jurnal Paradigma: Journal of Sociology Research and Education will not be able to guarantee that other parties will not mine our users' email addresses in any possible ways found over the Internet.
