Penelitian ini mengeksplorasi keseimbangan antara kerjasama dan persaingan dalam interaksi sosial di lingkungan kantor Dinas P3A DALDUKKB Kabupaten Murung Raya melalui pendekatan studi literatur. Fokus penelitian ini adalah untuk memahami bagaimana keseimbangan tersebut mempengaruhi dinamika organisasi dan kinerja di sektor publik. Analisis berdasarkan teori sosiologi organisasi menunjukkan bahwa keseimbangan yang tepat antara kerjasama dan persaingan dapat meningkatkan efektivitas dan kualitas layanan organisasi. Hasil studi literatur mengindikasikan bahwa kerjasama yang efektif dan persaingan yang sehat dapat mendorong inovasi, efisiensi, dan pencapaian tujuan organisasi secara lebih optimal. Beberapa faktor yang mempengaruhi keseimbangan ini diidentifikasi, termasuk kebijakan organisasi, budaya kerja, dan gaya kepemimpinan. Variasi keseimbangan antara kerjasama dan persaingan di berbagai bidang dalam organisasi juga ditemukan, yang mencerminkan kebutuhan dan fungsi spesifik masing-masing bidang. Temuan ini memberikan wawasan penting bagi pengelolaan dinamis di sektor publik dan dapat dijadikan acuan bagi peningkatan kinerja organisasi melalui pendekatan yang lebih terstruktur terhadap kerjasama dan persaingan.
