Abstrak

An addition and subtraction board or what can be called a GAPS BOARD is a type of board that teaches students how to apply the ideas of adding and subtracting numbers. The motivation behind this study is to develop an instructive visual aid as an expansion and subtraction board, called the "GASP BOARD", for Arithmetic in the conversation of expansion and subtraction of logarithms of integers. This exam uses a modified demonstration method. Demonstrations can be used in all subjects according to the topic and learning objectives to be achieved. The aims of the demonstration method are 1) to provide a clear visual image to facilitate understanding of the material, 2) to attract participants' attention through a direct observation process and 3) to improve participants' practical or motor skills if they are involved in practice
